Cöoperative ImpaQT UA is a quantum technology consortium that aims to create industry standards by demonstrating interoperability. If you visit ImpaQT's website (https://impaqt.info) in order to perform our services as well as possible, we process personal data. The purpose of this document is to inform customers on what data ImpaQT UA uses and how ImpaQT UA treats personal data in accordance with privacy laws and GDPR regulations. If you do not agree to share your information with ImpaQT UA and decide not to abide with the above, please make sure not to share your data with us by opting-in in our website.
Definitions: For the purpose of this Privacy Policy Statement, Delft Circuits will be known as “we”, “us”, “ours”.

We process your personal data with the utmost care. The purposes for which we process your personal data are:
1) Marketing purposes: we gather your data to send quarterly newsletters regarding our products, services and promotions
2) Analytical purposes: we analyse our data to understand where our leads come from or how they find us to improve the state of our current website. Please note that we only process your personal data for the purposes described above. We do not use your personal data for other purposes.If you are located outside Netherlands and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Netherlands and process it there. ImpaQT UA will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organisation or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information. ImpaQT UA may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
